A place to start things with other people, an agreement, a place, gatherings, a fund, where the only way to start one is together. Built in pieces, and this page says plainly which pieces work today.
Everything on here is made collectively. Not funded by one person and shared, not owned by one person and opened up, pitched into by the people who will use it, and held by them. That is not a preference about how to do it. It is the only way anything on here gets made.
The three parts of it. Click any one.
Say out loud what you can offer or what you need, and it becomes something the rest of us can find. It is also the record of what was exchanged.
How to do a thing together, written down. A business plan for a group rather than for a company. Everything a community builds starts as one of these.
Where you come in and find the people you belong with. Charting the Course is the course you go through; Plan Match is for what you want to build.
A real plan, not a wish. It needs people already living near each other, which is why it is not first.
Getting each other places, once there are enough of us close enough together for that to work.
Each step only works because the one before it happened.
You put up what you can offer and what you need. That is the whole of it on day one.
Enough listings in one area that people start meeting, and a group forms around something.
They come through Tribe Match, get aligned, and get their agreements together. Nothing after this works without it.
They get a place between them, bought or rented. It becomes the community center.
Gatherings, a fund, food, rides. The center makes all of it possible and the fund pays for it.
Communities that did the same thing, trading what they learned and what they have.
A community fund is paid into monthly and spent on the community that paid it, gatherings first, then food, then whatever that community decides it needs next. It is not a donation pot for anywhere else. It grows through levels rather than all at once, so what a fund is allowed to do is always known in advance, and no one person can quietly end up holding it.
It does not hold money today, take a payment, or decide what anything is worth. It does not match people to each other, or arrange the meeting; the two of you do that yourselves. It does not show anyone's email address, anywhere, and nobody can change or remove anything that isn't theirs.
