TRACE brings clarity to hard conversations. See what it does, then open it.

TRACE

See what really happened in the room.

You walk out of a meeting sensing something was off, and the words for it stay just out of reach. TRACE reads the transcript and shows where pressure and bad reasoning appeared and who used them, so your group can speak freely again.

The problem

Honest conversation is slipping out of our meetings. Decisions get carried by whoever is loudest or most persistent, pressure hides inside polite words, and authority quietly slides to those who push. Trust wears down one meeting at a time.

The guide

TRACE checks a transcript against a published glossary of named patterns and links every finding to its definition. It is advisory: it shows the room what it saw, and the people in it decide what it means. Paying per use, at cost to an ETHOS, is on its way.

The plan
  1. Look at TRACE and browse its glossary of patterns.
  2. Ask us to run a transcript from one of your own meetings.
  3. Read the report together and choose what to change.
What is at stake

Groups that can see pressure can rise above it. A world that names manipulation clearly is a world our children can trust.

What it looks like when it works

Your meetings feel safe and alive. Pressure gets named early, everyone speaks freely, and decisions carry the whole group's best thinking.
