Tribe Match and New Paradigm

Find your people, and build what matters together.

You care about changing something, but the people who share it are hard to find. And when you start something with people who aren't aligned, it doesn't work out.

Tribe Match finds who you are aligned with before you build anything together.

  1. Take a short survey about what you care about, in Tribe Match.
  2. Chart your course: name the change you want to see and map how to get there.
  3. Get matched with people and a group building toward the same thing.

Without it, good people keep building alone and burning out.

You end up in a group that shares your vision, with a clear path and the people to walk it with.

Get matched to live together

Tribe Match is also a way to find the people you would like to live beside at a Synergy Hub.

What the new paradigm is

A paradigm is a worldview and a way of organizing. The new paradigm is the one the color teal stands for, described by Frédéric Laloux in Reinventing Organizations: groups that organize themselves around a shared purpose, where people bring their whole selves, and the whole grows like a living system.

OmniOne builds on it and carries it into how people live and work together: agreements everyone can read, shared stewardship, and places like the Synergy Hubs.

The model we are building now

Welcome to Synergy Hub Universal Residencies.

A residency is a lifetime right to live in the network, for as long as you live, in any of the places the network reaches. It belongs to you rather than to a building, so it moves with you.

We are building the tribe now, and collective financing is how the first one gets built. Our first places are Bali, Austin, Costa Rica and Ecuador.

Come look around, and join the list.
